- Compliments Pineapple Juice
- 250 mL

- pear juice
- 125 mL

- fresh cranberries
- 3 slices
- raw ginger (each slice about the size of two-dollar coin)
- 1 bottle
- Panache Ginger Beer, divided
- 200 mL
- pinch
- Cajun spice or whole pink peppercorns
Method
Step 1
In saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, pear juice, cranberries, and sliced ginger; set over very low heat for 5 min.
Step 2
Add in half of the ginger beer (reserve the remaining); heat for 3 min.
Step 3
Ladle the hot mixture into 2 to 4 mugs or heatproof cups; top with the remaining ginger beer.
Step 4
Garnish with any remaining cooked cranberries and Cajun spice.
